NSCA Tactical Strength and Conditioning Symposium

 Personal Training is reaching new heights!  Chuck is off to Colorado Springs this week to attend the NSCA's Tactical Strength and Conditioning Symposium. 
This course will provide him with the required training to design and facilitate training programs for law enforcement, fire, and military personnel.  He's very excited about this opportunity to add to his repetoire!
TSAC Symposium

“Advanced Techniques in Operational Fitness”

The TSAC Symposium is designed to provide cutting edge information to strength and conditioning professionals who work directly with police, fire, and military personnel. Attendees will learn various methods to develop “Operational Fitness”.

This is a 2 day symposium that will be primarily hands-on. Topics will include: Nutrition, Assessment, Speed, Agility, Plyometrics, Circuit Training, Olympic lifts, and working with implements.

At the completion of the symposium the attendees will have a better understanding of these concepts and methods.
