Here at PPT we're always working on advancing our fitness education and knowledge. As part of our commitment to our clientele to be the best fitness professionals that we can be, we are, once again, broadening our horizons. Hillsboro Crossfit is in the works! For those of you who may be new to the Crossfit phenomenon, please read on. Crossfit is sweeping the nation as the newest, toughest, quickest, and most fun way to get in shape. This highly sought-after program is only offered by 4 other facilities in the Portland metro area. Pacific Personal Trainers are, hands down, the best around! Chuck will be attending Crossfit Level 1 certification November 8th and 9th and shortly thereafter we will be offering classes.
