Gym Jones Barbell Complex

Gym Jones is facility in Utah that I really like. Also, the Mountain Athlete has some great stuff as well as The Institute of Human Performance in Boca Raton, FL.




Complex
6 reps of each two sets at 75lbs and two sets at 95lbs Snatch Overhead Squat Back Squat Front Squat Bent over Row Deadlift 6 reps Barbell lunge (3/leg@40% 1RM back squat) 20" Box step ups with 30lb Db's (3/side, exhaust one leg first). Pull-up/Push up ladder 10/1, 9/2.......1/10
